Warm Metal is an independent London-based clothing brand founded in September 2023.

Our design centres on the concept of customisability: one garment, multiple outfits. Challenging the norm of single-purpose clothing, our pieces are transformable to the wearer’s practical needs — and limited only by their creative vision.

Produced in small batches, most garments are made one by one in our London studio, prioritising mindfulness in both design and production while minimising waste. Where pieces are not transformable, they are created using deadstock or repurposed materials, keeping responsible production at the core of the brand.

We approach clothing as a tool and a toy — something to be played with and transformed rather than confined by fixed rules. By offering garments with multiple ways of being worn, Warm Metal presents an alternative to consumption-driven fashion and encourages a more playful, experimental relationship with what we already own.
